already did and they said it was a sinus infection.... no way it could be that cuz its my tooth hurtin not my upper jaw...

Take the anti-biotics they SHOULD have prescribed to you... Have a denist check it out... Infections are dangerous. Don't let them get out of control!

Yeah dude, I had a killer toothache in my wisdom tooth about 3 weeks ago.. I actually ended up getting it pulled. There is a thread on it around here somewhere. Anywho, I suggest alot of ice.. Ice will quickly numb the pain and kill the swelling. I tried everything when I got my toothache and ice seemed to be the most effective. Goodluck bro.

Just get a zip lock bag or w/e and fill it with ice.. then put it up to your cheek. You may need to get a towel or something to cover the ziplock bag in.. b/c it will be hella cold. I also chewed some ice.. which also seemed to help.

I really agree with you on how under-rated toothaches are. I could probally say that my last toothache was some of the worst pain I have ever felt in my life.

p.s. If it's the tooth thats bothering you.. Why didn't the dentist pull the nerve (root canal) or just pull the tooth? Also, what tooth is it?
