when to know to stop talking to a girl?

ok so this girl i know, i went to school with, well i found her on myspace and started talking to her...got her number........

well it seems like she ignores me alot, yet when i say something about it she says shes really really sorry and thats not it at all and that she just forgot to text back...but she does it alot, like the last 2 days she hasnt answered my texts at all(i dont talk on the phone)..................

well normally this wouldnt bother me, well actually it would i HATE being ignored...but this girl seems really chill and shes pretty hot IMO as well.

what would you do my fellow CA.com'ers?

I've been talking to this girl, who I used to hang out with a while ago, and I asked her if she wanted to do something on this friday, haven't seen her signed on since monday.
