Bowling: ****ed up easy 800 tonight

Well tonight in bowling, I ****ed up an easy 800 series. started first game with a 267, then a 299 the second game leaving a solid 10 pin on the last ball, and ended with a 174 game, for a series of 740. WTF!!!! i started with a strike the first frame and then left three solid 10 pins in a row the third game. I had three strikes the whole game, and then I opened in the tenth. thanks man. i guess after the three ten pins in a row i just was mentally ****ed...it still really sucks. USBC only gives a plaque for 11 in a row now. Theres no more 299 RINGS!!!!

Don't feel bad, I have been bowling for years and been over 800 before, just never had a 300 as of yet, lol! Been close like you have, but nope, hasn't happened.

Sounds like me Saturday night....300, 225, 195

ACTUALLY threw the ball BETTER the 3rd game then I did the 1st...left (2) seven's, (2) ten's, a six, a nine, and a pocket 6-8 (I'm a lefty).

You can still get that 299 ring...you just gotta pay something like $50 for it...USBC sucks

Keep bowling like that and the 800's will come...got more of those than 300's...seems harder to get 12 in a row (in the same game anyway) than it does to get 10 a game for the night.

my next door neighbor is going pro after college, hes had like 7 300 games this year, last time i was with him he got like a 220 and he was swearing his head off cause i guess 220 just wasnt good enough for him

Would rather do that than throw it like a sissy and miss the head pin or leave a bucket...as least you gave it something.
