almost every cop i've ever had dealings with has been pretty cool. never once been stopped for my stereo, or for getting it, not since 2001 anyway. which is saying a lot when your daily driver runs low 11's. only time i've been stopped since 2001 was for going the wrong way on a one way, and he let me off with a warning, and told me my car sounded nice.

I can understand how you consider a seat-belt ticket petty, but why dont you just put it on?

I usually do though... Which gets me even more pissed(more at myself though). I was pretty excited to finally get my system in and turns out I can't even get it installed yet.

its a law they have to give u good awareness they are there. they have to be VISIBLE to the eye. therefore, this is dumb. reson cops get away with hiding in trees is, if u look hard enuff when you doing your 110 on the highway over the hill, u CAN see them when u top the hill.

in my city you cant park on the side of the road between 3 and 5 am. that was $20 and then i got a $20 ticket for blocking the side walk with my car parked in the driveway.

Police officer hid behind a tree with a camera hidden from sight at a stop sign. I passed by without a seatbelt on (a block away from my house) and was pulled over about 10 seconds later and ticketed. The thing is, there was no way to escape, any route you took you'd run into a squad car, there was a squad car on every possible outlet on the road.
My cops have nothing better to do than issue seatbelt tickets. Its funny because when my family actually had an emergency it took at least 10-15 minutes in my small town for them to get to my house. They were probably busy busting people for seatbelts.
