My power set up= OK?

I bought all the supplies today for---

Battery to fuse = 4ga

fuse to inside of car = 4ga

then into a distro block right under my dash to two 8ga..

THis work alright for 1000w RMS?

Why not just run 4g through the car and distro from there into 8g?

IDK if 8g will run 1000 RMS in the distance of a car......

I have a select amt of wire to work with. supplies > me

The 4ga will go into my car, right into my firewall, and from the firewall back, ill be running 2 8ga..

Wire is crazy cheap on here... I would not run 2 sets of 8ga from the dash to the trunk man. Esp for 1000w rms. You can get decent 4ga for like $.50 a foot. Save up $20 and get 20 feet. It is A LOT safer and much less strain on your amps and electrical system.

Ok, ill look into it. but for now im gonna run both power wires for my 800a2 and if i sell/upgrade my system ill upgrade power!

You dont want to go rigging stuff. IDC how young you are. I have done it all, and you never come out on top. You will end up with blown up shit and mad because you took a 20 dollar short cut...

To bad I learned with 400 dollar subs every **** time.
