these type of threads are great, cause you get to see both point of views. One from the dead beat father and one from the welfare mommy. both of you guys should just grow up and realize it's not about either one of you it's about the child.

GET THIS RIGHT, I AM KNOT WELFARE MOMMY!!!!! And my whole life is that little girl. I am just trying to live. Because I am not a welfare mommy I depend on child support. Also I am on here because he trashes me and my family and is he is a LIER. I have court documents and old restraining orders prooving my side. WHAT ABOUT MY DAUGHTER, while he's out talking crap my daughter is out that father. He know's where I live, our number he has always been welcome to come see his daughter. The problem is that he promises to be here and then he never shows up. That was my problem.

Maybe if you learned to spell, you could be a good role model for your daughter. In my opinion, the state should remove the girl from your custody before she ends up like SethPhillips.

maybe you shouldn't depend on child support and go back to school, get educated and pursue a career. You would feel a lot better about your self and wouldn't be in the position you are in. Do all of this for the child of coarse.
