I know it's car dependent, but for 2 seat imaging would you recommend aiming at the top of the b pillar for both? These will be installed in a Scion FR-S.
I really appreciate your help. One last question: how did you mount the tweeters? I know they have the rear chamber part, just curious if you used it or not, and what you used for the mounting ring. I've built A-pillars before and just used MDF, but used a different style tweeter.I'm not sure, probably but without knowing the car I can only say so much.
I did not utilize the rear chamber, but they were quite easy to mount. I just made the mdf ring real snug, and pushed them in there.I really appreciate your help. To be quite honest, unless you are placing them in the kick panels, you won't be happy for two seat imaging. Two seat imaging is virtually impossible with A-Pillar or pods like Geoff. T/A won't help much. You have to extend your PLD so that they are as close to the same as possible, and in the kicks, you have that possibility. The only other option is to have a center channel speaker.I know it's car dependent, but for 2 seat imaging would you recommend aiming at the top of the b pillar for both?
