are you completely missing that part? the ground part of the rca?

if the grounding part is the gold piece then yes everything else appears to be in place and the rca jacks are on there tight nothing is loose

Would this still be a problem if you had your RCAs grounded at the HU or tie your grounds together on the amp like they do on pioneer HU? I dont see why it wouldnt work as long as the wire used to tie them together is making contact with the outsides of the RCAs. I mean the connection is still there, your just missing the ground.

solder a common ground wire on both outsides of the RCAs on the input side...to share the ground from the left channel

just use a y splitter to put both rcas into one. The amp is a mono right?

One popped off one of my Orion 2500d's, I just pulled off the panel and used one from the output side and put it on the input. When you pull it off it has two tabs, I bent one side down so it wouldn't come off again, only one side is connected so it's easy enough to do. I had no issues playing music after that.
