Looks small' date=' and quiet. Everybody knows real subs have 0 gauge direct leads![/quote']
now that would be something.

There's a quick one...

Mmmmmmmmmmmm. I had plans for that mofo. When you decide to sell let me know.

That was one of the most stupid fights I have seen. (Even if he was apparently trolling) A Warden will beat an Apxx any day.
I'm curious are you stating this as a fact or opinion, so I am assuming you have first hand experience with both drivers in both SPL and daily applications, doesn't really matter either way they both work very well , but I have had first hand experience with both in SPL and daily apps and they are alot closer than you think

A lot closer and even are not the same. If it was the 18 warden verse the 18 Apxx it may be more neck to neck but not with the 21 warden. It was never a fair comparison to begin with since the warden starts off with a stronger motor than he also has the 21 inch version.

Who said it had a stronger motor , this is the sticky from this forum

RE: 2.22 ohms

BL: 24.86 NA

BL^2/RE: 278 (nice!)

A standard 9" diameter SPL motor with 8-layer 3" coil typically has 150-200 BL^2/RE... so this thing is strong.

Only thing I have stronger is the Monster prototype (10" slugs and 12-layer coil) @ 360 but the coil is 50% heavier than the Warden and also a 42mm WW so has less excursion.

These are the T/S parameters for the 3" coil APXX and APX 18's,(i posted the 3" coil specs for a more apples to apples comparision)

The APXX18D1

Revc - 2 ohms

Bl 26.88

Bl^2/RE -361.27

APX18Q2

Revc - 8.00 ohms

Bl -41.30

Bl^2/RE -213.12

and I know he's refering to a 21" Warden versus an 18" APXX, but cone area and excursion would be the only thing that would even the 2 up, and I have competed with the 21" Warden for the last 2 years, and i am a dealer for both Atomic and Incriminator audio, they are both awesome drivers but like I posted before in real world applications they are pretty **** close, in some cases I would prefer one over the other, but to just say one owns the other is incorrect

where did you find the t/s parameters for the atomic woofers?

I am a dealer , and have been Team Atomic twice, late 90's and mid 2000's, some I have pulled myself, most come straight from George off the LEAP

Any of them you want all the way back to the AP and HPW subwoofers I have
