Tikka T3 Lite in .300 WSM.. Topped with a Swarovski Nova 3x9x36 scope.. One bad little hunting rig! The small Swarovski provides enough light transmission to hunt WAY past legal hunting hours.. You could hunt on a greenfield with a full moon dang near all night long.. Unreal for a scope that size.. The gun weighs 6 3/16 pounds.. On average, 1- 1/2 pounds lighter than the average magnum rifle. Stainless steel barrel and receiver.. 22 7/16" barrel which is shorter than the standard magnum barrel (24").. Even though its a short mag, on average it has about 100fps more velocity and 100 more ft/lbs of energy at all distances than standard .300 Win. Mags.. I believe I now have the ultimate affordable hunting rig! I love it!

Very nice. How's the recoil with it being that light?
It does pack a punch at both ends! Recoil isn't any worse than my dads Winchester Model 70 .300 Win. Mag... Isn't as bad as my 3 1/2" Mossberg 835.. But it does kick worse than both 30-06's we got..It is probably too much recoil for most people to be comfortable shooting it without flinching.. Sitting on a bench with the gun on sand bags, the gun knocks my shoulder back a few inches and makes my foot raise up..lol..

that is a sexy rifle. I saw a gun once at a gun show that looked like that sorta but the woodgrain on it looked like an oil spill on asphalt, almost bought it just to have haha. also saw a little pistol. 9mm i think, that have like a leather holster, but it was the size of half my palm. it folded out of the case like a switchblade. it was only like 3 inches long, and the "case" acted as the grip for it. wish i could find it again.

Im not as familar with hunting as I would like to be, but that looks like a pretty **** big hole in that deer. I can only imagine what shooting that gun feels like. Ive only got to shoot a couple 12 gauges at some clay pigeons. I love me some venison though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

said in another thread he just dropped. saw one on this hunting show the dude pulled the trigger and the deer just dropped, didnt lean over or nothing, thing just dropped straight down. it was insane. i couldnt shoot on e though....ill eat the hell out of em though haha

oh and....did you really take a battery operated razor to shave the deer into the woods with you?
LOL... That is the result of dragging him out on a gravel road behind a four-wheeler.. NORMALLY load them up on the four-wheeler but we had a FULL load with no room for the deer.. So out came the rope!
