My local dealer turned down RE!!!

Since they weren't required (prohibited, even) to carry any stock, what's the harm in picking them up as a product line?
Well because noone wants to wait for weeks or even months (since they are out of XXX's)to pick up they're woofers and plus they already dropped sony-which was a huge seller for them-because of their warranty issues. When you pay retail for something, you expect it now and you expect it to come with a great warranty.

custom carried sony. I did not know that .

I think a 15" XXX retails at around $700. Considering the retail price of something like a 13W7, it seems appropriate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Thats pretty retarted for someone to turn down a product line like RE that has so much potential...

I mean what if the product line becomes even more popular, RE gets a handle on their production dates and figures out a better warranty... I hope this store owner friend of yours did not burn any bridges...

The more products you have the ability to sell the more customers you have the ability to make a profit on....

Right now no matter who you buy RE subs from you are going to have to wait for them to be delivered... You explain to the customer.. it is worth the wait.. you explain to the customer about the warrenty etc... If they still want it fine they buy it if not then u sell them something else but atleast you are giving your customer the option...

So what if the stuff is on order if RE has it instock in their warehouse they can have those subs at the guys store the next day... ****in lame excuse...

I dont even believe this thread...I also bet RE and the store owner would not appreciate this thread.

I wouldnt have carried them either. People pay full retail to get the safety net if it messes up. Last thing they need is someone who drops big coin on somthing then blows all the woofers and they cant be replaced. With a warrently like that the shop has their hands tied behind their back. Then you get angry customers that crap all over your stores good name.
