yes it's pretty nice. if you cant tell between the two eastern shots. one was when the pine tree was in the way. and the last pic was when the pine tree was cut down, hence the stump in the picture.

you could use a new roof.

get some driftwood architectural style shingles and your house will be ballin. probably won't cost much considering your roof doesn't have much area.

I would love a house like that. Nice driveway too. Every house I've lived in has had steep driveways and the one i have now is too small to park two cars side by side... AND I have a 2 car garage! I got jipped... Rental house tho and its my moms lol

EDIT: Also I have two cars, my mom has one. And you're not allowed to park in the street. It sucks balls. I have to keep the pathfinder in the garage and keep da LS outside on the driveway... So lame

Wow, maybe I need to move to Cincinnasty....houses up are are expensive. Bought my house for 265,000....1500 sq ft and 2 car garage. I pay 2000/month for a mortgage. Wish my paymnts were 855!!!!

$500-$550 amonth isn't bad at all...I just picked up the last 4 acres on the road before a private club over here. My property is along their private drive to the entry gate...they were proud of that land //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif....It was broke into several lots .....I said fuk it and bought em all //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/greedy.gif.5a53e6246569d7ab79867170f3b06629.gif lol

thank you. yea all i have is nighbors to the left and right. across the street is a whole lot of empty land with lots of tree's, and a river.. i love it.

i think about keeping it due to the location. i love where my house is out of the whole nighborhood.
