This is the only picture I have of the house I lived in before moving to Cincinnasty. Went from 4500 square feet at $1395/mo. to 1000~ square feet at $850/mo. God I hate it here.

Every first house is a fixer upper, from what I have heard from other people. My biggest problem is going to be how to store my toys with 2 cars and a motorcycle I need space.

Mine isn't...but it does have some small issues. It needs to be painted inside, but I am lazy.
