well my friend had his l5's wired to where the amp kept cutting out at high levels, so i told him we should we wire them to take the load of the amp to 2ohm instead of 1......so we wired his 2 L5's like this:
on one channel
+ from the amp to + on speaker..and the + the to the other + terminal on the speaker
- from the amp to the - on the speaker...and the - to the other - terminal on the speaker......
on the other channel we wired it the same way...so would that leave the amp on at 1 or 2ohm....either way the subs were barely putting out sound from the 1800 watt poweracoustik power series amp
