My feature come out in Car Audio and Ele

that is probably the classiest fiberglass job i have seen honestly. it actually looks like it belongs there ...i will even go 1 step farther and say that is probably even the best overall that i have seen i mean the last few alpine cars were sick but didnt intergrate with the vehicle all that well which in my opinion is harder to do than gutting a car and redoing the whole thing. how long did this project take?
Total working time was about 1 month give or take a week, but my car was in there for like 4 months. Its the shops project car so of course they have to work on cars with paying customers.

Oh yea thanks for the kind words!

lol intimidated? with that car? its pretty complicated looking but once you read the book its pretty simple if you have a book or pics with the vehicle under construction you have it 1/3 licked the other parts come from tuning it. best thing to do is become a iasca member get the rule book get the test cd (the cd actually tells you what to look for in each track) a couple weeks or so before the show. as long as you are front stage dominant with not over bearing bass and you tune it to the cd you will do well trust me and i really doubt anyone would laugh even if they did it would be more outa jealousy then anything and im sure youd get that from any competition you entered. just give yourself time to go over the stuff . the tuning part is maybe 1 hour to 4 hours work tops really.
lol yea imtimidated..at least you cant call me big headed right?

I think im gonna do that this year. Im going to try to do at least one or two this year.

nice score with the Utopias..how they sound?
and the link u posted said the server is too busy so i'll check it later..
I had Diamond Audio Hex's before and these are a lot smoother then the Hex's. I love these speakers, there are times when I'll just pop in a classical CD to just listen to how these sound. The diamonds had the alum tweeters and they sounded very tinny, some people like that. I know I did before but these days I like to have a warmer sounding setup and that is what the focals are.

Very cool. And they other guys are right.. ignore that clown on CAF. you have done well with the choices you made for your system and the install is one of the best I have ever seen from anyone.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.

I do not see a problem with an addition of up to a 600 RMS Class D mono amplifier with 4 ga OFC wiring supply kit and be fine. It would be...
