Which is why he had to draw it on himself. He doesn't look like the "straight edge" type either...considering he's wearing a shirt that says "Drugs Not Hugs" and his eyes are pointed in two different directions.

The straight edge "x" actually came from them putting an "X" on you hand for underage people going into a club iirc.

Yeah, it is now the "cool" thing to do. Scene kids do that all over the place.

It is one thing to have personal preferences where you don't want to drink, do drugs, or have promiscuous ***, but it is another thing to do it to be cool and shove it in other people's faces thinking you are oh so better than them.

I used to live in Salt Lake and down there they act violent. They love to bear mase people, carry knucks, knives etc... They dont fight like men.

You get it alot in the hardcore scene. They think they are badasses, when in fact they do not fight fair no matter what.

I've gone to many a hardcore show where a group off these "hardcore kids" jumped on some guy that they didn't like in the pit, and beat the shit out him with knucks and what not.

I don't think there is one there. That pic was taken at some ghetto apartments in Colorado. All I saw were crackheads around that spot.... Oh and the MexiMart across the street.
