if you are facing the subs together i would recommend setting them up isometricly. what you would wanna do is put the speakers as close as possible to each other with out them hitting. then reverse the polarity on one of the subs. this in turn will make them hit together and will produce a very nice sound.

well either way you do it it will still be switched

just do it on the sub to keep things straight
