Unreal tournament FTW, once in a while I will play call of duty or world of warcraft But for pure fun and simplicity unreal tournament is the best.

Seriously man.

Get battlefield 2. Its it is top tier for war games. Boat load of vehicles at your disposal, squad based combat. You can be as tactical as you want or you can go rambo if you have got the skill.

I have about 350 hours in so far.

You could look into diablo II. Its old but very fun. Free online play too.

If you have the patience look into dota-allstars. But it will probably take u 5-6 months to start getting good againt other players.
