My bucking parents are stealing my credit card

Alright so long story short, I'm in college, my parents don't support it. I'm going to school to be a lawyer and I'm a sophomore right now.

My sister told me my parents are signing me up for credit cards with my SSN, name, etc.. What the hell can I do to stop this?? Isn't this illegal? And even if it is legal, aren't they the ones responsible since I am under 21?
