my bass cut off

i was goin to school friday, and had the music up, and i was thumpin for bout 10 mins. then all of a sudden the bass just shut off. when u turn the car on, it makes a thump, and thats all. same as when u turn the car off. any ideas as to whats wrong? also, everything is some-what static now.

It looks like your remote wire came unplugged so amp is not powering on when car comes on, see where it plugs in between the pwr and grnd wire just unscrew the remote screw put wire back in and tighten down let us know if it fixes it

Put the blue wire into the "Remote" terminal on the amp...

and trim your nails...... LOL!!!

yeah just screw that wire back into the amp where it says "REM" and it should turn on

Yes thats right besure to tighten it down so it doesnt happen again and that should fix it

if it doesnt clamp good and tight i have always stripped extra and double the wire over and stick it in so it has more stuff to bite and clamp down

yeah that sh it sux *** hopefully i can get it workin tomorrow, weird thing is tho i had it loose before and that amp would go into protect, thats why i cut it off some but i didnt cause any damage the first time

secure it to your power wires with some zip-ties or something to keep them from pilling out as easily. harder to pull against 3 wires than one.

k got it plugged in the and led light comes on. now to find fuses. im trying to remmebr what my friend did @ skewl on friday. i think he may have unplugged the remote wire himself. he took a fuse from his friends truck and put it in my amp and it blew the fuse..bad connection?

you lost me, the LED came on, but you think the fuse is blown? If it was blown, the light shouldn't come on. Did the amp work? Music play???

well, only one working fuse was in. would it come on if only one was in?
