my amp is underrated, how do i set gain to actual power output

My hifonics colossus II is rated at 3200 rms @ 2 ohms. i know the amp is underrated, Expl0its colossus put out 3800 @ 2 ohms. my electrical system consists of an iraggi 240 amp alt(115 idle), stock battery up front and a kinetik khc1800 next to the amplifier. the front stock battery is a pretty big battery, it says 650 amps on it. how do i set the gain to put out more power without clipping?
