It seems as if you dont know entirely what you are doing.

It looks fine, let the resin cure then screw the top on it and brace it some.

Why were you resin'ing?

Round edges....45 degree corners and your cool....Not need for resin on a box for a single 12".

I don't know, i thought resin would make air flow better, but i messed up a fit around the port area, because i applied it while it was getting clunky.

How do I round the edges? 45 degree corners

none of the pics were nice, they were all shitty pics. Anyhow he does have he sub, but is kinda lost on how to build the box, whys it matter how he got it for the price he got it for. I got my XXX cheap, i didnt feel the need to say anything about it though.

As for the original poster, i told you that you didnt need resin guess you decided to do whatever anyhow

Just sand the resin to remove any clumpyness. Grab some 60 grit and it will go by fast.

When I round corners I get a softball and bondo. Mix some resin with the bondo and mix it colder. Slap some bondo into a corner and run the softball up and down untill it makes a perfect curve with the radius of the softball. It's expensive to use bondo so Waterpuddy works fine too. Mix the watterpuddy to a paste like consistancy and then do the same thing as above. After it cures paint it with a heavy epoxy or resin it like you did the box to seal it/bond it better.

If that seems like too much work just 45* the corners.

you didnt "mess up" the resin, its fine. they meant to throw 45 angle at the corner.

How do I do the 45's on the corners. I am also thinking of inverting the MX.

I just don't understand why it doesnt require a larger box. I would expect the enclosure specs to be same as 05 xxx
