50 bucks is alittle low for these amps. I know they go for alittle more even on sale. I believe the fosgate is rated at a mild 50x4 @ 4ohms, but the amp actually is capable around 538watts. The phoenix gold is rated at

Power output:

60 watts RMS x 4 (4 ohm load, 1% THD)

75 watts RMS x 4 (2 ohm load, 1% THD)

150 watts RMS x 2 (bridged into 4 ohms, 1 % THD)

The fosgate is definately better for subs and the phoenix is better for highs.
