mtx vs kicker vs polk

spent the last 2 days researching the forum on subs. i plan on getting one 12" sub and an amp to push it. I work for circuit city and get really great deals on mtx, kicker, and polk.

-here is my question.

i'm looking at either a 9500, l7, or polk sr124.

i enjoy good sound and am leaning towards the polk, but i still would like to turn it up (just for bragging rights haha) i also love stomach rumbling bass, so strong lows is a must and have heard the l7 lacks in that area.

which amp/sub combo should i go with? thanks!

your suggestions or experience with any mtx kicker or polk proudcts would be awesome

Thoes 9500's are some nice drivers. ask snoopdan about them

You sure you can get the deal on the 9500? Unless they have changed things in the last year or two since i was an s&i you can only get accomodation prices up to the 8500 series.

well, I'm a Kicker fan...so obviously I'm gonna lean towards the L7.

I work at CC as well.

But if you don't choose the Kicker, the 9500 is a nice driver as well.

i vote for the SR. Just cuz i don't like kicker too much and i haven't heard the 9500. But then again, i haven't heard the SR But i'm into sq,so there goes my vote for the SR
