MTX Thunder 8000

Do any of you own the thunder 8000's (10")? I dont, but I was wondering if the MTX's could match up to my infinity perfect 10's.

i have a 8000 12 ......... i just hvae one and it thumps like a mother ................ i dont really know how it compares to the infinity but i would say it might get alittle louder but the perfect would prob have better SQ.................. but both are Great subs..........i guess its all a matter of prefrence

ok here's how to sum it up MTX 8000 mean spl for the price. infinity if your talking the perfect then aswesome sub for SQ and decent SPL if ran on the right amp they hit hard as hell to. my friend was doing 145 in his integra with 2 perfect 12"s so people that say those only do SQ and lack a lot in SPL aren't trying hard enough. oh and the perfect's will rip a new one in the 8000 for sq my opinion on that

well, i'm just curious, i've done so much research on all the infinity sound systems, speakers, etc... and i have never been able to find the magnet size..sooo, i dunno, maybe they want to keep it a secret..or something?
