you have an amp already? what is it? specs? what is your goal? these are more low end (performance wise). just tell us your plans and we'll be able to help more. we be needin more info!!

i dont have an amp yet, i was just looking at some local ads, and i saw someone was selling them for pretty cheap, im not looking for conpetition performance, im looking for some subs that are going to make the bass hit hard, not like 145db hard //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but i want something fairly powerful, as far as the amp goes, i have nothing specific picked out, im open to suggestions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if you're not trying to bust heads and are wanting a fairly conservative system, go for it if you think the price is right. you can always upgrade later. i'm biased tho cuz i like mtx stuff.

they are just your average entry level sub. had one but liked the memphis pr better

I had the 4500 line, and was pleasantly surprised with them. If you can get a deal on them, go for it.

Otherwise mach5 would be a better option

pr's are amazing for price and power limits.

they last even being overpowered.

i had two 10" pr's in a tuned box with a kenwood 800 watt 7201 amp.

147db (not mic) for about a year beating them to all hell. sounded great.

alot better than the mtx 6000's i had
