One has 4 channels the other has 2 channels.. Soooooo hope that helps... The 4160 is the 4 channel.

Big one is 2300 (two channel) little guy is the 4160 (4 channel).

You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
