As much as I want to keep this, It's just a tad big bigger than can fit where I want my crossover to go, so it needs a new home. 70 shipped. It sounded good when I first hooked it up. I sprayed it with some Caid Deoxit contant cleaner and now it sounds AWESOME. Kept up with nicely with my IR3's and ax400's even on fm radio //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif collectors piece too, these are not easy to find. I also have the manual on .PDF direct from mtx. deminsions are something like 8in x 8in x 1in, i'll double check that for the serious inquries.

**** got it a month later?
totally on my side, it was consolidated with more stuff I had being shipped down, then there was issues with paperwork for customs, the seller (BassAddictJ) was extremely fast in shipping and helped out more than necessary in getting me the paperwork I needed for customs.
