Usually doesn't, unless it has an adjustable switch for the levels. Do you know what the model of the component set these came from? You could then look at the owners manual for the data.

They were used with Precision Power A404.2 and A600.2 amps. There is no adjustable switch for levels but there are pins labeled 0dB, -3dB, and -6dB. There are also pins labeled biwire and standard. The connects are W-, W+, T-, T+, INH-, INH+, INL-, INL+. Don't know if this helps.

What's the crossover point on the Quarts?
Most MB Quart tweets have a set 3600Hz crossover setting, but it may be slightly different per crossover. I doubt it will vary much between the different passive crossovers since they are intended for use with specific speaker packages, they will almost always be using a very similar or exact same tweeter per series of component sets. The only thing they will be changing is the size of the midbass, with a higher low cut off for smaller sizes or the addition of the midrange speaker. That would bandpass the midbass and maybe raise the tweeter low cross point but not by much since they want the tweeters to handle most of the sound.
