My buddy just bought one of these amps, it has no fuses on it so I was wondering if he should wire in a 150amp fuse before the amp? I wasn't sure so I figured I would ask you guys //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i have one of those amps.. a 150 amp fuse before the amp would be perfect. in fact, it wouldnt be needed if there were one by the battery.. but another one right before the amp would be an extra prevention pretty much.

Alright, thats what I was going to do in the first place. I just got confused when I started trying to think too hard //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif . I'll just order him a 1/0 in 4ga out fuse block then.

Why not use a 1/0 to 1/0 Anl fuse holder? (Just an in-line fuse holer)

Well I just figured since the amp has a 4ga input I could just run that out to the amp. I could just get a 1/0 to 1/0 too though, either way would there be a large difference?
