ive never had a problem with mtx's stuff, and it looks like its a 3-way system, but it doesnt say. pretty good price whether its 2 or 3 way.

what do you guys think?

I think the mtx is just a 2-way kit, but i found an audiobahn 3-way kit.

the only problem i see is that the rms wattage is 320, i only have 120w x2. but i do have 2 amps. are these bi ampable?

Are you LOOKING for a three-way kit? If so, check out the DLS and others - skip AB. Three-way passives are hard to design and I have no reason to think AB spent any time or money on making a good one.

Your amp power is fine - don't confuse power handling with efficiency. Or AB power ratings with truth.

i was looking for a 2-way kit, but i would love a 3-way kit, i just cant afford them.

the reason i was interested in the audiobahn kit was cause its a 3-way and affordable.

although they are probably not bad sounding comps, 200 bux can get you an excellent sounding set in comparison to the mtx. ive never owned an audiobahn product so i dont know a thing other than what other people say.

You would be much better off going with a good 2-way set rather than those Audiobahn's.

As for the MTX's, I've never heard them.

I have thhe mtx 8000 components. I'm replacing them with DLS R6A's tomorrow hopefully. I'll give a comparison soon.
