MTX and Alpine

hi guys

i dont want to start an Alpine vs MTX war here

just need to know the pros and cons of the following 2 subs and which one you'd choose if you had the cash....

i was looking at either 2 MTX Thunder 7500 15" subs or 2 15" Alpine Type R's

i'm lookin for an SQL vehicle

would either be capable of a 150dB reading on the TermLab meter?

help will be appreciated

mmm so most peeps on this forum will lean towards the Alpine

i hav a feeling tho that half of the guys that recommend Alpine hav not even heard both subs :/

any other suggestions?

Alpine over the MTX, but I wouldn't mess with either of them....

both are great subs and i dont think you can go wrong either way

I would take the type r and yes they can hit 150 with enough power...someone on here hit 150 with one type r 10 and i beleave a 2500d....Ive owned both and the mtx just wasnt all that good...sloppy...although in all they are both good...id just go with the r
