I have a MTX 600XD. Can this amp be wired for 1 ohm with out messing the amp up.

Which amp is better for 2 MTX thunder 4000 T4104 4 ohm 200w rms 400w max subs? An MTX Thunder Elite TE404 or an MTX TC4004? I am going to bridge the amp.

the subs you have are 4ohm SVC, just wire them parallel for the 2 ohm load.

If i wired them parallel to the 600xd for 2 ohms that would put 300w rms at each sub wouldnt it? There only rated 200w rms that wouldnt blow them?

as long as you dont clip them. put it this way i had 450w each going to a pair of kicker comp 10s held up fine never got stinky and were sold in good as new shape.
