i can send u pics i have no refs on caraudio but i have perfect ebay feedback. The subs were purchases in the middle of July were only used once or twice for a few minutes due to problems with install.

2 12 Mtx terminators and 1000 watt pioneer amp 2 channel
You can wire those subs up @8 ohms if they are both SVC4 ohm subs,and that amp will run fine after being tuned properly...

The 240 should be 2x40/ 2ch. rated at 11.9v. Should generate close to 50+ @14v rms. Only Rated @4 ohms bridged Mono.. Should be around 125 rms...
