Wanna get rid of my mtx 81000D. I just bought a PA a3000db. This amp wont push my 3 15s anymore. Looking for around 225 for it. let me know...

I got the same American Pro amp also, LOl POS. It not 1ohm Stable?

lol all the AP runs is a pair of 5 1/4s. The mtx is dot supposed to be 1 ohm stable but ive heard people run em daily at 1 ohm with no problems...

I just found out the same, it has to be modded to run at 1ohm...

your both correct. Ive heard from a few people that rms at 1 ohm is around 1750. Ive looked around on hoe to mod it and its simple as hell. just clip one thing out of the board. I just never wanted to try...

They go unregulated when you mod them, but they will put out a tremendous amount of power.
