Mtx 6304 good for the price ? $100

Say ppl I need an opinion fast,I´m being offerd this amp at 100 bucks,it´s almost brand new in very good shape, I will be using on 2- 5-1/4 ,and 2-6x9 all coaxials speakers will this be ok ? or Í,m being ripped off I really want an amp about 50 rms per channels 4 channel amp...

Please can anyone help me out on this ? I{m really in a need of help deciding on buyin this amp or should I get the Orion 4004 4 channel amp.

I would do it. I have the model before that one in my collection (Thunder 304, same specs). Underrated and very reliable.
