I know the MTX amps from a few years back were rated at or 12.8 or whatever. And they are underrated. Like the MTX 500d. There isnt much love on this forum for MTX, but I have always felt they were at least a decent company and actually are probabley a good company. However, the 500d i was talking about was at 2ohm, it wasnt 1ohm stable

Would that be a good amp to go with 2 MTX TR 75 12s? They are 500w rms, dual 2 ohm.

Yes, as i imagine that amp puts out over 1000watts
