exactly, if you don't work 40+ hours a week, and you're a millionaire what else is there to do besides hire a personal trainer and lift all day...that and when you dont have a real 9-5 you can hit the weights all ya want
that was dre. he was swoll as ****. timbaland was pretty swoll, but dre was sportin 22's!Not Dre. Timbaland.
You can be ripped with a 9-5 (or any other work period). I have an 8-5 and I do pretty well (5'10" 225lbs... not fat). Just workout in the morning before work. Yeah, getting up at 5am sucks at first, but you get used to it. Makes your whole day more productive, too.exactly, if you don't work 40+ hours a week, and you're a millionaire what else is there to do besides hire a personal trainer and lift all day...
...besides ride around in your sports cars and whatnot...
Like teh HYOOGE inmates!^well i get up at 4:30 for work everyday and i'm an electrician (aka lots of manual labor). when i get home at 3:30 i barely have enough energy to lift my beer. and i'm not fat or skinny by any means and i wasn't implying that someone with a job can't stay fit. i'm just making a point that when you have next to no responsibilities in your life it's quite easy to devote time to exercise and lifting...
