i have been building boxes 20+ years. i have used wood glue, i have used tite bond, i have used liquid nails, & used wood glue w/ silicone & none of them will hold like gorilla glue. they have all failed at one time or another but the gorilla glue so far has not. it works very well with t nails. it does not make the joint seperate.

Scientific testing couldn't disagree with you more.

In a test designed to cover a wide range of glues, Gorilla Glue was singled out as surprisingly inferior, in almost every category.

And lastly, as I said before, gorilla glue is designed to expand as it cures. There is absolutely no application for that characteristic when gluing wood edge to edge. And since testing shows its bond strength to be inferior, to basically everything else, I fail to see the reasoning behind why it makes the best product to use when constructing speaker enclosures.

well i am going by actual hands on results. if ppl read the instructions it tells you if you use water it will draw moisture in the mdf & also draws the gorilla glue in the mdf. all of the other glues have failed is why i tried gorilla glue & so far the gorilla glue has been superior over the others.
