MRP-F240 or MRP-F200 is there any difference

does anybody know the difference between these two amps? I am trying to decide on an amp for my mids and highs, need 40 watts at 13.5 volts, not 14.4 (which is what alpine rates their amps at) Are Alpine amps clean or should i get a different amp. Need input, gonna be powering a 5.25 alpine Type R component system and 2 Kenwood Excelon 5X7s. Thanks

Okay ive narrowed it down im either gonna get the Alpine MRP-F240 or a Fosgate Punch 301x. Which is a better amp for SQ. Thanks

You most likely won't notice a difference in terms of "sound quality" between the two amps ...

Either would work ... I'd probably go with the Alpine, but it's just me.
