MP3 recording

Does anyone know of a program that I could use to take mp3's that I have on my computer and record just like a 15 second clip from the song?

adobe audition will work. open the mp3 in the program and edit what you want to keep.

i use winamp to turn an mp3 into a .wav file (by going to preferences then using the diskwriter output plug-in) and then i open the .wav file with sony soundforge and edit the .wav to how i want it. then i use nero to encode the .wav to mp3. and then i use motorola mobile phone tools to upload to my v600 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
