Moving To VA from FL

Im moving up here in a few weeks into an apartment with my friend from the military. Hows the police with noise pollution and tint? Besides that hows the Va Beach area? I haven't seen to many custom cars around.

yeah, the window tint laws are stupid.. 50% front and 35% rear.. it depends on what you drive honestly. I drove around 3 years with 5% on my ranger and put 100k on it and ever got a ticket.. ive put 10k on my mr2 (20%) and within 6months of tinting it, i got a ticket.

as far as tuners go.. there are quite a few in va beach. I went down there for a mr2 meet and stumbled across a local meet. tons of nice cars. It just sucks here cuz any aftermarket mod is considered illegal
