There's some 4hp motors/blown subs on here posted recently. SS XXX and TRF with Fi recone IIRC.

i have the tc based eclipse sw9122 motor. you can have the entire basket motor for 110$ + ship..

I know you are looking for 4" voice coils, but you seem to be set on the TC Sounds sub which is a great SQ sub. I have two TC1000 with the very sought after TC2+ motor. They utilize an underhung voicecoil so it doesn't take much power to get these to really wang. One is blown and the other I hooked up with the DIMM and it is showing perfect impedance. I am going to test it later today just to make sure. These can easily be repaired by TC Sounds by Thilo Stompler who I have had constant communication with and I have all of his contact information including his cell phone. He opened up a repair shop in San Diego and has the parts to fix them for cheap. So you can get these TC2+ motors off of me for cheap. Let me know.

For what he is wanting... Totally agreed. Thats a hell of a small budget for what is is after... I mean we are talking about 4" voice coils here
