sorry.. i think my post was taken out of context.. the coil is the only part of the "softparts" that will affect bl. i mentioned softparts a a general term. sorry for any confusion.

yes. actually, coils measure down to the thousandth of the inch.. i can probably post an example if needed..

Khoa, there is the winding width and height to think about, the materials used in the windings and the forme (for example.. copper windings will have a different bl than alum windings, adn souind different as well
