Motor Maintenance???

What product should i use to clean this?

Get some metal cleaner. Can get it at any auto parts store.
I think i have some laying around in the garage i'll give it a try.

fine grit sand paper, SOS pad, etc. I would start with a pretty fine grit sand paper and remove all the oxidation then hit it with a nice polish
I'll do sand paper as a last resort.
