fine grit sand paper, SOS pad, etc.

I would start with a pretty fine grit sand paper and remove all the oxidation then hit it with a nice polish

Get some metal cleaner. Can get it at any auto parts store.

I think i have some laying around in the garage i'll give it a try.

One up that and use a cut-off wheel.

Should get rid of that oxidation in no time.

Try some CLR
