i too hate taking a crap and 4-5 is my max on days when i have the stomach flu... I had mild food poisoning earlier this week (mild because I wasn't throwing up)... I probably went 20 separate times. Not just siting down, but something actually coming out.

Shit man my doctor had me drink some Magnisium Citrate(sp) and wow i was non stop shitting for a whole fvcking day man i couldnt go to work or do shit. I will never do that shit again.
