Congrats!!! Hopefully it wasn't beat to shit.
I saw one place that was a forclosure where someone was shot or stabbed and there was blood on the walls.

Nah the place is in GREAT shape nothing wrong with it . just pending inspection right now. I inspected it myself and i couldnt see anything wrong with the foundation the roof the walls or the structural integrity of the house. It's a beautiful house just people couldn't make the payments on it so the bank took it away
