monoblocks

I wanna run 2 Boston G5 12 dvc 4 ohm subs and I would like to send 600w rms to each. The monoblocks that I am considering are the Rockford Fosgate Punch 1000-1bd and the US Amps Merlin MD1D. Both are cea-2006 compliant which means their power ratings are true and both have a pretty small footprint. I have heard both are under rated from the factory, most Rockford reviews I have read say the birthsheets are at least 200 wrms over what the unit is rated for. I can get the US Amps model about $90 cheaper than the Rockford so I'm more inclined to go that route. Anyone have experience with either of these amps? My alt is 130amps and I do not want to have to upgrade my alt or battery fwiw.

Well I was gonna get the MD1D from ikesound.com but they removed it from their site. The Rockford I was considering is 300+ tax with a friends best buy discount. The US Amps xt 2000dev2 caught my eye. Its only 209+ship and is rated for 1000wrms at 1 ohm. What is the difference between d class and de class amps? Any other reccommendations are appreciated as well. I'm looking for 1000-1400wrms of real true power at 1ohm with a small footprint and looking to keep it under 300.
