Welcome to the forums. I'm also a newbie, but I can't understand what your trying to say for the life of me....i thought i could speak newbie language also, but I guess I was wrong.

Your first sentence makes no sense and has several gramatical weaknesses. From what I gather, you either have 2 subs or one sub.

If you have two subs, then each sub would get its own amp.

If you have one sub, then each voice coil on that sub would get its own amp.

Make sense? I'm not sure if you needed advice on wiring the amps also. You just run the 12V line on the amp to your battery with a fused 4 guage wire and run the ground line on the amp to your chasis or negative battery terminal with 4 guage wire also. After that you connect the remote lead to a switched power line and run the speaker wires to the subs........pretty simple.

My guess is that he wants to hook up two amplifiers to two subwoofers, with one subwoofer per amplifier.

In which case, you would run one power wire from the battery to the trunk, and then use a distrobution block to split the power wire to each amplifier. You could also use y-splitters to split the RCA's from the output on your headunit to each amplifier input. For the REM wire, you could either use a relay to connect them (depending on how many other things the REM is connected to), or just splice into the REM wire to split it to each amplifier. Ground wires...you could either connect them both independently to the chassis, or wire them back through a distro block to a single wire that connects to the chassis.
