Sub stage: kicker zx1500 & 1 type-r. I used this setup no problem for 3 months. Today mono amp started to cut off and work again randomly. (regardless of volume & bass level)
Every connection and my electrical seems fine. When I turn the amp's xover down to 35-ish HZ the problem goes away. If I turn the xover knob up a little, protect light flashes for 0.1 sec and amp shuts off.
I cannot defeat the amp's xover. HU LPF is 63HZ, amp's is 35ish. No prob for me but I lost too much upper bass. My box is 32hz ported. Please help, thanks.
